Workshop Description
Understanding the Social Style concept and its impact on communication is the main aspect of day to day activities of the medical sales representatives. This module provides the participant with all the skills necessary to understand the relationship between basic needs and Social Style.
It covers also: Psychological Reciprocity, Relationship Tension and Respect and Partnership.
