Workshop Description
Managing thought leader relationships has become an important priority for pharmaceutical business. KOLs interact with and expected coordination among various types of stakeholders. Managing relations with KOLs has been always a challenging day to day interaction which should be coordinated and worked out at different corporate levels and processes.
Learning Objective
The delegate will:
- Work on the basic three steps of KOL management strategy
- Identify the right KOLs: identify, prioritize, segment, profile and validate the right KOLs from all relevant geographies based on their involvement in journal publications, congresses, clinical trials and various affiliations, along with their peer-to-peer interaction
- Undertake detailed profiling: identify leaders suitable for specific activities based on their areas of interest, specialties and past experience
- Monitor ongoing activity: keep your KOL database 'live' and up-to-date by tracking KOL activity on a continuous basis
- Build long-term relationships: help you develop healthy, long-term relationships with KOLs and rising stars (advocates and otherwise) through a well-conceived activity planning process
