Look inside, reflect and find your strength. One of the most important personal principles is that your weakest aspect might limit your ability to take advantage of your strongest aspect. So while you capitalize on your strengths, your ability to do that will be largely affected by how you handle your weakness. Accordingly, to improve results you need to work on your weakest aspect. This could help in two ways: first, by improving your weak aspects, you prevent them from getting in the way of your strengths. Second, if you work on them hard enough, you can turn them into secondary strengths. Having said that, developing multiple strengths will help diversify your competitive strengths.

A graduate of Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in Boston in 1992, she completed an Executive MBA degree at AUB in 2011 and has more than 15 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

She is a focused manager with high leadership capabilities, a vision, entrepreneurial skills, and operational excellence. Her personal qualities bring onboard managerial experience that has lead companies development from a start-up to a mid-sized operation with a substantial growth in the number of employees, companies represented, products registered, and in turnover.

She is a highly assertive person with expertise in new business initiation and development, with several proven business competences including Business Planning, Business Operations, Project Management, and Team Management.

Plans and controls product budgets, and partners with the marketing department to implement broad marketing strategies and programs and set forecasts that help maximize profitability and revenue without compromising the results. She plans, leads, manages and controls the sales planning to achieve sales and profit objectives. She coordinates the distribution process to ensure the appropriate supply chain management and customer satisfaction; as well as oversees the regulatory department growth and development.

Sales Techniques and Soft Skills Specialists

Our specialists are multi-skilled professionals. They started their career with pharmaceuticals in sales where they learned and practiced communication, customer service, leadership and supervisory skills to move then to passing the knowledge by giving training and medical professionals.
