Workshop Description
This workshop is tailored to managers and supervisors who want to bring the best out of their subordinates. It provides attendees with the necessary skills to direct in a coaching way as a better approach than dictating orders. It stresses the partnership aspect between the Coach (manager/supervisor) and the Coachee (subordinate) as a supportive role. The workshop elaborates on the basic Coaching fundamentals required during the Coaching process (i.e.
creating awareness, asking powerful questions, active listening, effective feedback, and changing perspective). The fundamentals and skills will be practiced repeatedly in brief Coaching episodes & fine-tuned to enhance the learning.
